Support Options
All of our work is done in-house or on-site during housecalls. We don’t ship your devices to off-site technicians or 3rd party repair companies. Similar to a doctor’s office, we offer different types of support options. You can bring your computer to our office in Warrenton, set up an appointment for remote support*/virtual consultation, or request an appointment for an on-site house call. In some cases, we can also offer emergency support for some types of service.

On Site House calls
- Yes, the Dok makes house calls for home and businesses! Call the office at (540) 428 2376 or email us for availability.
- Same day requests may be subject to our emergency fee. Typical house calls include: pick-up/drop-off, system set-ups, printer and network connectivity problems, and usability issues.
- Note: For repair of a computer unit, Dok prefers to get the computer to the shop to perform an internal system backup to secure your data. If you prefer to have Dok do the repair at your house, and don’t have a current back-up, there is risk of data loss.
